5 EVENT OPTIONS. 5 Sprint distance events (Reverse Triathlon, RunBikeRun, RunSwim, 400 yard Swim & 5K Run). Reverse Triathlon = run + bike + swim. Typically, the swim and run distances are standard but the bike distance varies from race to race.
